Scoliosis is a condition in which the spine gets curved. Treatment of scoliosis is based on the severity of the curve. If there is a mild curve, no treatment may be required. If there is a moderate curve and symptoms are present, a brace to keep the spine straight may be advises. While in severe scoliosis, a surgical correction with or without bracing after the surgery may be required.
